What we collect

When you visit the site

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser's user agent. We use this data only to run and secure the site.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we do not embed content from social networks. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third-party font services. This website does not set cookies itself.

When you contact us

When you email us, we process your email address, your name and any other details you include in your message. We use this data only to answer you and follow up on your request, and keep it as long as needed for that purpose and as required by Swiss retention rules for business correspondence.

Legal basis

We process this data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Service providers and transfers abroad

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and may process data in countries outside Switzerland and the EU, including the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and also uses standard contractual clauses. Our email provider processes the messages you send us. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format, as provided by the FADP and, where it applies, the GDPR. To do so, email us. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
